Service Description

We provide AI-driven solutions on a Pay Per Appointment basis, with prices varying by industry and complexity. Services include lead engagement, chatbot support, and custom workflows, subject to availability and client-provided data. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate data, obtaining necessary consents for lead outreach (in compliance with PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws), and using our services lawfully. You must not misuse our platform, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tindro AI Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from service use, up to the amount paid by you for the specific service. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tindro AI Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed based on appointments booked or other agreed-upon metrics. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may incur an interest charge at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to data processed through our tools, and we are not obligated to retain it beyond 30 days unless required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, though we may agree to alternative jurisdictions for international clients.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
